1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of SAN-X Auto Solutions ("Company," "we," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

SAN-X Auto Solutions provides automotive repair services including but not limited to:

• Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
• Hail damage repair
• Minor collision repair
• Door ding removal
• Insurance claim assistance

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change upon inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional damage is discovered during repair.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on all paintless dent repair services. This warranty covers the specific area repaired and does not extend to new damage or damage from accidents occurring after repair completion.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during service, SAN-X Auto Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and insurance payments. For insurance claims, payment of deductible is required at time of service.

7. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Insurance Claims

When working with insurance companies, we act as an intermediary to facilitate your claim. However, the final decision on coverage rests with your insurance provider. You are responsible for understanding your policy coverage and deductible.

9. Changes to Terms

SAN-X Auto Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
