They repaired a dent on the side of the bed of my 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), and the results were absolutely perfect. "I live in Ingleside Tx, small town on the coast just north of Corpus Christi. I contacted several body shops but due to the horrendous hail storm everyone was busy and I didn't want to wait three months to get my truck repaired. I ran into Mark Pena with San-X Auto Solutions. He explained the process to me, working with my insurance company and provided a loaner car free of charge if my insurance company didn't provide. They came with a transport truck picked it up and took it to the shop in San Antonio Tx. I was given constant updates as they worked on my truck, about 10 days later my vehicle was returned to me with all the hail dents removed. The first thing I did was take it to the car wash, upon my return I noticed there was water leaking from the corner of the windshield, I contacted Mark Pena again, he stated he didn't know if it was their fault or if the leak was already there. Maybe a coincidence? Either way mark contacted San-X and they agreed to fix it at no extra cost. These people (San-X ) went above and beyond. Great people great company, Mark Pena was just awesome."

"This company is AMAZING! I live in ingleside tx. They are in San Antonio. The facility and they use a bay thats inclosed to identify all the damage. Instead of fixing your hail damage in a tent. Where damage could be missed from bad light sourcing. Also if painting is needed to repair damage they have partners they know to get that done. Instead of outsourcing local shops the possibly never partnered with. All the people i spoke with were FANTASTIC , they were all so kind and understanding! They worked on my parents truck and it looks great! There was additional damage and since it took longer than they thought they loaned my parents a vehicle till they repair was done, which saved a bunch of money on a rental since neither of us had rental car coverage! We both paid No deductible for the work and they found damage the insurance adjuster missed, and were able to work with me insurance to get the extra work done. Without me having to call the insurance and explain why it costed extra. My van is modified for a wheel chair and is old so it wouldn't have survived the trip to san antonio. Best part about that is they included the towing on a flatbed as part of the work. Otherwise it would have been an extra $800. Which i did not have. I did have to wait longer but it was worth the wait to get the repair done right the FIRST time. Instead of having to repaint the car later.and if the paint starts peeling they will repaint it! And they use OEM parts from the auto maker to fix damage. No 3rd party. Or going to the local auto shop for after market parts! My neighbors cars look great! They had less damage than me but looks AMAZING! All the staff stayed in touch with me to update me on the status of my van. That helps a bunch with my work scheadule and my special needs daughter.This is the first time I had to have hail damage fixed and they made it sooo easy to get done and being a single father with a special needs daughter thats super important! Yea there are other "tents" in town. But I didnt have to go to them. SAN X came to me which helps so much! Mark,Gaby,Darco,Daniel all awesome people!!Considering my insurance wanted to make me take the van here, and there which I DO NOT have time for! Honest ilthey did an an amazing job! I could have gone to any tent in town but I didnt want my van sitting in a random spot overnight so it could be vantilized or btoken int!.It was worked on in a secure facility. SERIOSLY go with these guys if you in ingkeside.poetland or aransas if you got hail damage. You will NOT be disappointed. They got it done right the first time! And the warranty on thier work gives my piece of mind later!! Thank you again!"

"I very much wanted to leave a two-star negative review. Part of the repair business is keeping to your estimates, both the dollars and the days. On Google they have glowing reviews, so I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for an estimate. Two more reasons I selected San-X: (1) They were confident they could repair my aluminum hood (many other shops insisted a replacement hood had to be used) and (2) They quoted me 3 to 4 days to complete the PDR portion of my hail repairs. 1 more day to reapply PPF to my full front. 1 more day to have two wheels repaired (rash correction / not claim related). I’m decent at math, so that puts us at 6 days. Vehicle was dropped off first thing Monday morning. So that following Monday, my vehicle should have been 100% finished. Instead, on that first Friday, I was notified there was a problem; a needed dealer-only part was not in stock as the dealer advertised and so had to be ordered. This was no fault of San-X and I understood 4 more days would be needed. Due to the business I run, the rental I needed exceeded my daily insurance coverage limit; so extending my repair time meant I had to pay more for my rental. 4 more days, fine no problem. Called that (second) Wednesday and confirmed absolutely my car would be 100% ready by end of business Friday. They had the needed part, no more delays. Great! With this green light I made arrangements to participate in two car shows that weekend. An hour before 5:00pm Friday, I receive a call. My PDR and my wheels have been repaired…but the PPF could not be done in time. I was given two options: (1) leave my car over the weekend and get it back either end of business Monday or (more likely) sometime Tuesday. My 4 days part delay just jumped to 7-8 days. This delay (unlike the first delay) was a direct result of poor scheduling on the part of San-X. Or I could (2) pick up the car and risk having front end paint chip damages (PPF only works if it’s on the car). Choice (1) means additional out of pocket expenses for my rental and loss of registration fees for two car shows. Choice (2) means risking damage to my front end that would need to be repaired out of (my) pocket and would further delay PPF application. For me, neither choice was good. They both sucked. Yet this is a 5 star review. How? San-X’s quality of work, it is that good. Guys, I had hundreds of hail strikes all over my vehicle, many of which my aluminum hood soaked up. This was why so many shops said “no way” when I asked about repairing (not replacing) my existing hood. If you know cars, especially high end cars, you know it is much better to keep existing body panels with original factory paint whenever possible. Matching even 2-year old paint under our Texas sun is almost impossible; my paint is older. Also, if you plan on reselling your car, having matching vins on major parts is a very good thing. I don’t know if I will resell my car; if I do, I’d like to be in the best position possible. Finally, because of the Jaguar I have, I had other shops quote me a wait time as long as 6 weeks, just to receive the hood. Yeah ain’t nobody got time for that. Then this hood would need to be fully primed, painted and clear-coated. And then this freshly painted hood would need at least 4 weeks to ‘breathe’ before applying full front PPF. Nope nope nope. San-X’s work is SO good. It’s so good here I am writing another 5 Star review even though the job completion time was doubled and I missed one of two car shows and my PPF still needs to be applied. I can’t not acknowledge how amazing the PDR looks on my vehicle. It truly looks like the hail beating just never happened. Shout out to Daniel (front office) for acknowledging my concerns and frustrations and doing what he could. If you have any kind of car with any kind of hail damage, San-X has the skill and integrity to do your whip justice. Side note: my car had the exact same odometer reading it did when I dropped it off two weeks ago. San-XXXXX (5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!)"
