What the comparison shows

The before view shows a small, localized distortion on the door. The after view uses a reflection board to make the repaired surface easier to inspect. Both views are presented together in SAN-X's original comparison.

What we check before recommending a repair

For a door ding, we check the depth, paint condition, location relative to body lines and access behind the door skin. An intact paint surface can make PDR an option, but an inspection is needed to confirm the method for another vehicle.
